NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR AT QUADRANT CMS

TIELT, BELGIUM – June 13th, 2006 – Effective 1st June 2006, Peter van Damme (51) has assumed the role of Managing Director/CEO and becomes a Member of the Board of Directors at Quadrant CMS (Creative Moulding Systems), the Injection Moulding Division of the Quadrant Group. He succeeds Fernand Vandaele (61), who will remain as President of the Board of Directors at the company before retiring on 1 April 2007. Over the course of 35 years, Vandaele has held a number of senior management positions at the formerly family owned business ERTA, which was acquired by DSM in 1977 and has been part of Quadrant AG Holding since 2001. Over the next year Vandaele will focus largely on Quadrant CMS’s recently established subsidiary in Hungary. After his retirement in 2007 he will remain active as consultant.

Peter van Damme joined Quadrant EPP (Engineering Plastic Products) as Business Line manager in 2003. With almost 30 years experience in the plastics industry, including several senior management positions in Europe, India and Korea with GE Plastics, van Damme is well-equipped to assume full operational responsibility for Quadrant CMS, particularly as the company continues to expand internationally and invest in Central Europe. Throughout its operations, Quadrant CMS focuses on providing high level quality in design, engineering and injection moulding production for function critical system manufacturers in the automotive, clean room technology, electrical, electronic and machine manufacturing industries.

Mr Steffen Oellers (36) assumes Peter van Damme’s former role as Business Line Manager within Quadrant EPP.
