（Shanghai, Oct, 23）PolyOne introduces a series of new products and services for use in the automotive market, including: non-halogen flame-retardant ECCOH^TM compounds, OnColor^TM color concentrate for automotive interior and exterior applications, and [brand here™] engineered materials and OnFlex^TM thermoplastic elastomer compounds.

With a wide portfolio of products, PolyOne can custom formulate compounds to respond to the specifications of automotive manufacturers. Latest products for automotive industry include:

.OnColor^TM color concentrate for standard flexible PVC automotive T3 cable application. Each of PolyOne’s concentrates has enough thermal stabilization to meet the demanding T3 thermal stability test (Red Congo test: 2 hours at 200ºC). The PVC concentrate also matches the RAL, AFNOR, IEC and BS color standards, and have been carefully selected to avoid affecting electrical properties.

.PolyOne has recently developed a non-halogen flame-retardant ECCOH^TMcompounds for automotive T3 cable applications. This ECCOHTM compound is suitable for high line speeds, can perform at elevated temperatures, and also offers good abrasion resistance.

.Latest developments in thermoplastic elastomers, including improved range of OnFlex^TM-S multi-component grades, and OnFlex^TM-S TPE-S and OnFlex^TM-V for extrusion applications.
