Injection moulding is only one of QCMS’s capabilities. Because development and design of new medical products often require close cooperation with customers, Quadrant offers a Medical Team dedicated solely to the design and production of medical parts and sub-assemblies. Equipped with powerful CAD/CAM technology, Quadrant’s Medical Team can translate requirement specifications into an appropriate material selection, parts design and manufacturing technology right from the start of the project. Also, because moulds are produced both in-house and outsourced in compliance with strict guidelines, Quadrant can guarantee excellent quality and long operating lives for its products and those of its customers.

In order to comply with the stringent industrial standards required in medical technology, QCMS also operates a clean room certified for compliance with Class 100 000. The use of a process control system (SPC) ensures a continuous, controlled process of improvement.

QCMS responds comprehensively to its medical customers’ production requirements by supplying, among other things fully assembled optical parts, disposable products, and home diagnostics for healthcare.

Quadrant can manage entire projects on behalf of its customers. On request, Quadrant can further process finished parts by printing, sterilization or packaging them, monitoring and controlling all processes by computer. QCMS’s logistics systems can guarantee the greatest possible reliability and rule out production shortfalls.
