John Galt has been selected to be Robert Schad’s successor as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Husky Injection Molding Systems Toronto, Ontario – Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd. (TSX: HKY) today announced that its Board of Directors has selected John Galt to be Robert Schad’s successor as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), a position Mr. Schad has held since founding Husky in 1953. Mr. Galt is currently Vice President, Operations and Chief Operating Officer (COO). The naming of Mr. Galt as successor follows Mr. Schad’s recent announcement of his intention to retire as President and CEO within the year. After succession, Mr. Schad will continue serving the company as a director and advisor on technology development and strategy. It is expected that Mr. Galt’s appointment will be made later this year.
